SYSTEMS LLC is a Ukrainian producer of natural leonardite marketed under the Leonardite TM Systems® brand.
It is of fundamental importance to us to emphasize that we work specifically with natural leonardite—a natural organic raw material containing humic and fulvic acids, organic matter, and a natural complex of micro- and macro-elements.
Certification and Documentation
Leonardite TM Systems® holds the relevant documentation confirming its quality and compliance, specifically:
- Organic Standard Certificate — certification for organic production;
- Organic Standard Confirmation (dated March 6, 2026, valid until March 6, 2027) — confirmation of compliance with requirements for inputs used in organic production in accordance with EU standards;
- UA.PN.191.0526-26 (dated February 17, 2026, valid until February 16, 2028);
- ÚKZÚZ Test Report (Brno, Czech Republic) — laboratory verification of product specifications.
Thus, SYSTEMS LLC works with natural leonardite within a system of documentary quality control and compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian, European, and international markets.
SYSTEMS LLC’s Technological Model
At the same time, we would like to note that SYSTEMS LLC does not view its operations solely as the sale of raw materials.
The technological and commercial implementation of Systems® TM Leonardite is carried out by the Agro-Nano Technologies Bureau of SYSTEMS LLC.
Based on official requests from counterparties, agricultural holdings, farms, individual small-scale producers (OSG), and other growers, specific technological programs are developed in accordance with:
- the crop;
- the cultivation area;
- soil condition;
- production technologies;
- required application rates and schedules;
- expected results and effectiveness monitoring.
In other words, the counterparty receives not merely a physical delivery of leonardite, but a technological system for its application through to harvest.
This is part of a comprehensive closed-loop sustainable farming system being developed by SYSTEMS LLC based on natural leonardite.
Upon receipt of an official request and the specified information, we will be able to determine the potential volume of regular supplies, the technical specifications of a specific batch, and the necessary laboratory testing, as well as prepare a commercial proposal on EXW terms.
Proposed Long-Term Contract Model
Subject to confirmation of actual demand and agreement on technical and commercial parameters, we propose a cooperation arrangement based on a 12-month contract with the option for renewal.
Basic financial terms from SYSTEMS LLC:
- contract term — 12 months;
- renewal — by mutual agreement of the parties;
- initial delivery — 100% prepayment for the agreed three-month volume;
- subsequent deliveries — 100% payment on a revolving basis upon shipment of each batch;
- delivery basis — EXW, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
This model ensures the necessary predictability of production, financial, and logistics cycles, particularly for the regular export of large volumes.
SYSTEMS LLC is open to long-term strategic partnerships and is prepared to consider supplying significant volumes of natural leonardite, subject to a transparent deal structure, a confirmed end-buyer, an official request, and guaranteed contractual demand.
